Jharkhand Rajya Gramin Bank (Hindi: झारखंड राज्य ग्रामीण बैंक) is a Regional Rural Bank established under Regional Rural Banks’ Act 1976, is a Scheduled Bank jointly owned by Government of India, State Bank of India and Government of Jharkhand (share capital contributed in the ratio of 50:35:15 respectively), permitted to carry all kinds of banking business. The Bank is operating in all the 24 Districts of Jharkhand State, having its Head Office at Jharkhand Rajya Gramin Bank , Market Place 3 rd floor Zila Parishad Bhawan Ranchi PIN-834001 with Eight Regional Offices at Ranchi, Singhbhum, Hazaribagh, Giridih, Gumla, Deoghar, Godda, and Palamau with total of 446 branches.
The Bank came into existence on 1 April 2019 (Sponsored by State Bank of India) by Amalgamation of Vananchal Gramin Bank (Sponsored by State Bank of India) Jharkhand Gramin Bank (Sponsored by Bank of India) as per government of India notification No. F.No. 7/8/2017-RRB(JHARKHAND)

Colour Green indicates Natural, Vitality, Prestige and Wealth. Green is a very down to earth colour & so are RRBians. This colour has a Balancing & Harmonising effect along with stability.
Colour Orange used in the cogs of the wheel has been used to symbolize Freshness, Youthfulness, Energy, Adaptability, Stimulation, Kindness, Ambition, Enthusiasm & Strength.
Blue is Communicative, Trustworthy & Calming Colour signifying Tranquillity, Understanding, Patience, Devotion, Sincerity, Loyalty, Honour, Knowledge & Intellect, Depth, Expertise, Stability, Power and Integrity which our Bank comprises of at every level of functioning. This also speaks of Sky, which tells us to Think High, Aim High and Go High, High & High.
